It starts with a free 30-minute call, one-on-one with me. We talk through what's going on, I answer your questions, and we both decide if I'm the right doctor for you. No pressure, no hard sell.
If we're a good fit, you get a welcome email and get set up in the practice. Then comes comprehensive lab work. I'll walk you through your options and what they cost before anything is ordered, then you get your blood drawn at a center near you.
Once your results are in, we sit down for a full 2-hour health exam. I go deep into your history and your goals, then walk through your labs and tie everything into one clear picture, connecting what the numbers show to how you actually feel. Then we build a plan made specifically for you.
We built the plan. Now we put it into practice. We meet regularly for routine health visits, stay connected in between, and adjust as we go, so you're never left wondering what comes next.
Between visits, a check-in form tracks what bloodwork can't: your energy, your sleep, how you're actually feeling. We repeat your bloodwork at regular intervals, or sooner if needed, so we can compare where you started with where you are. We track it. We don't guess.
I see patients across Florida, and only Florida. You never have to sit in a waiting room.
One doctor, start to finish. You're never signed up and handed off to a nurse, a rotating provider, or a bot.
Our fee covers our professional services. Labs, medications, and supplements are billed separately, and you'll know the cost before anything is ordered.
This is direct-pay care. We don't bill insurance. Payments may be HSA/FSA/HRA eligible, subject to approval by your plan administrator.
